Would this tire fit?

Hi people. I'm kinda new here, so bare with me. I need to buy a rear tire for my 95 ZX6R. It has Dunlops 220 front and rear. When I bought the bike, the owner had just put on a new front tire 120/60zr17. The rear on it is 170/60zr17. A friend w/same bike has a 180/55zr17 on his rear. I like the way it looks.

I found these sizes price ranges from $175 to $200 new/installed. But I also found a tire/rim combo from an 00 zx9r for $80. The tire size is 190/50zr17 with about 90 % tread left. Willl the 190 fit my 95zx6r or will it be too wide. Money is tight right now but I need a tire. I use the bike for work, no racing or track or stunts. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

I'm pretty sure the rim from the ZX9 won't fit properly, the rim is too wide and I believe the axle and rear disc are different.
I don't recommend going to a 180 on the bike, but if that's the look you want it's your call. If money is tight I've got some 160 and 180 take offs I can sell you for less than $80.00 installed.
