strip club, strippers, even though he don't drink... you could do other things. just have fun basically. try a baseball game, comedy club... this kinda sounds like date stuff, so get him a new chica... or take him to see some counseling.

IMO counseling is for the birds also

just had a "team building" luncheon today w/ a psych........waste of time.

my lil sis has 2 psy. degree's........she's now in eye dr school.

only that person can do it for themselves......talking w/ a friend is more helpful then a psy.

but if all else fails does this persons co. have an EAP?

Mature response.......... Only you and you alone can change what is wrong in your life... you have that power or willpower you just have to expose it to motivate yourself...... I personally find inspiration in learning new things... IE: Learn CPR - First Aid - Learn a new language - Learn a new recipe - or just read a book......... inspiration is all over you gotta wake up and see it.

With your posting track record, it's kinda hard to 'get serious' all of a sudden. :dontknow:

+1 I'll be heading to the Nutty Munky a bit later for a large banana split.

I'm not depressed, but I do have problems with anxiety from time to time. Zoloft helped, but made me thirsty all the time which to me was worse than the anxiety.. lol

Sure.. How about we create a 'safe word' or 'serious word'? You are not allowed to ever use this word unless you are absolutely serious. Then we stop all teh ha-ha and listen.
