For those with folding trailers ...

I have a folding trailer that I use to trailer my bike to the track and what not. I've used 3/4 inch plywood as the floor of the trailer and it works great, but it's way too heavy once it's folded to them lift the whole thing up on it's casters.

Any thoughts on a lighter and yet acceptable flooring material that will take the trackday abuse?

Thanks

I used 3/4 and I can stand it up no problem.... ? 1/2 or 3/8 thick would save some weight and still support a single bike no problem.
