You cant really stand on a 50s 12 bar cuz its really shakey when you do

Hey everyone... It seems CRF 50's are the most popular but i was wondering if Kawi's KX 65/85 or KLX 110 would be just as good as a CRF 50. I am looking for something to just play around on and learn to stunt during off (track)season and also a pit bike. Thanks.

i dont know if my 2 cents is needed, but her it goes anyways,i learned back brake on a ttr 125 yamaha. I think its really as close to a big bike as you can get, in the small displacement department of course, 5 gears, clutch, and optional electric starter and disc brake on the le model,i tryied ridin 50 and i really suk at it,i guess because theres no clutch, but most defenetly a smaller bike is the way to go,

then you need to resign yourself to the fact that you are more than likely going to crash your bike......i can guarantee a wreck or two on any bike you're learning to wheelie if you've never done it before(quote)
Not necessarily.
I did my first wheelies (roll on) on a zx9
Perfected the gas wheelie on a gsxr1k
Used what I learned from that on hayabusas.
Never crashed.
Never have clutched it up.
A few times I've gone a little far back and had the wobble. (That's likely the closest I've ever come to death on a bike)
Of course a 600 rider might not be able to do gas wheelies on a stock 6

I'd recommend staying away from a 2 stroke mini bike for learning wheelies only because they are 2 strokes and don't have as much torque as a 4 stroke... You want that low end grunt/ pull when your learning, it'll make it easier to keep that wheelie up. a KLX 110 is a 4-stroke so that would be work well IMO. It's small, light and would be good to learn on.

BUT... your better off on a honda
