I thought about doing this one time. The I remembered while I may get away, the person may end up intentionally harming another motorcyclist. Nothing would be worse then having some crazy kill another motorcyclist cause I did something to their car.

I would have to agree with most of the other riders by pulling off onto a side street and let the assclown pass. Minimize the risk and don't put yourself in a dangerous situation by provoking the vehicle behind you but if you pull off and the car follows after you have stopped then it is a different ballgame. It is always better to do the safe thing instead of doing something to put yourself in more danger.
Be careful of what you ask for because you might just get it regardless if you are ready for it or not.
