SIDE NOTE:

I dont know who all saw it, but a young little boy was asking his mom about my leg and pointing at it, she quickly turned him away and told him to be quiet. IT IS OK FOR KIDS TO BE CURIOUS. i cant speak for every amputee, but i have found so far that kids are the truthful ones.... adults seem to shy aways from it, it is ok, us amputees are still human, like ive said before... if i saw a guy like me, id stare to, so let your kids ask, i personally enjoy it, its ok to touch my leg, and kids love it when i make it do a 360, blows there minds..... so.....let your kids ask, dont teach them to shun away, then, they grow up....see someone like me,,, and turn away, and they will teach there kids to do the same......may be a amputee, but im still human.

You are so right! I had a friend who was burned over 70% of his body and he was always cool about it when kids/people asked about it! It is people like you and him that make the rest of us "normal" people think twice about our behavior sometimes!

Yeah, getting WAY to friendly
It was a real pleasure to meet you and get a chance to just BS, your parents I'm sure are real proud of the way your handling everything.
Since I have kids your age/older, I've often wondered how they would handle a situation like yours. I'm sure your not/haven't been an angel, but your behavior would make any parent proud.
