I have black body work. I dont have any good pictures on the bike. But it looks ok. I'm not a flashy guy so I like the subtleness of it.

subtleness...is that a word? lol

I have a few more things to do, then I'll get some full on pics up.

did the P/C add any substantial thickness vs paint? were the tires as easy to get on/off as w/ paint?

Yeah, just talked to them they are running a 15% off deal thru the end of the month.

I think either that color or gloss black... I hate to be a copy cat but I do like that color...

Well, the wheels were anodized and I guess they blast them. Where the brand, was engraved, on the wheels you can still see it. It's faint, but it is there which leads me to believe that it isnt too terribly thick, but definately thicker than it was before.

I let Patrick mount the tires, so I can't help you there. Scott did the tires, at Motorcycles Unlimited and it was quick with no issues.

I did have some trouble with the cush drive things because of the thickness of the PC.

And the added care / caution I take, while installing my wheels (calipers scratcthing then and whatnot) makes it a bit more frustrating to get them on and off.

I'd NEVER do it on a track/race bike.

yeah, you have to clean off the PC anywhere bearings or bushings are going back in, and doesn't hurt to chase the threads.. depends on how good they did masking and plugging everything.

Mine are completely stripped of bearings and all.

yeah, the tires mounted up about the same as usual. i always douse the wheel in tire slime on something like that. better too much than not enough! the wheels look great in person. i dont believe they sand blasted them or anything. if the base is solid, then they can powder on top of it.. Their masking job looked perfect other than where the bearings mount, which would just need a little razor blade magic. 9.5 out of 10. congrats Brandt!
