bike question

How much weight is the average 600cc bike able and made to hold? What about a 750? The thing is im about 240, kinda big guy, and sometimes my fiance wants to ride with me. Shes another 100 so 340 total. I had a 98 gixxer before and it seemed ok for both of us on that one but then again i really dont know. Post up what you think.

It's not a problem man, I have had a combined weight of 375 on a gsxr 600 before and had no issues whatsoever.. I mean of course it won't be as fast but your not going to be racing people with a passenger anyways, unless you want her to look like bike wreck girl
