Hey I think this has to be part of what happen to the fallen rider and the female. I found it this morning on the news 2 site. Prayers to the family of both riders involved in this.

HOUSTON -- A woman has been charged in connection with a motorcyclist's death, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Rocio Villalobos was speeding in a Toyota Camry when she hit a motorcycle in the in the southbound lanes of the 8600 block of the East Sam Houston Parkway North at about 5:40 a.m. Sunday.

The male driver and female passenger on the motorcycle were thrown onto the Camry, investigators said.

The man and woman fell onto a grassy area after the car stopped.

Detectives said the man died at the scene. The woman was taken by helicopter to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. Their names have not been released.

Deputies said Villalobos was intoxicated at the time of the collision. She has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Prayers to them.

People who drink n drive and kill someone should get a harsher sentence than vehicular manslaughter. Should be almost close to Murder-1 imo. If you get into a car drunk then you are knowingly going into a situation where could potentially you kill someone.

Thats like walking around with a loaded gun randomly shooting in every direction. Its a game of chance.

Who the is drunk at 5:40 AM unless she did some serious partying the night before. RIP to the rider and his family. Furthermore, you guys should see some of the comments people make whenever there is a motorcycle accident. People saying things like motorcyclists are dumb, stupid, etc. because we choose to ride in Houston. There is a lot of hate out there because we have the guts to get on two wheels and live our lives to the fullest. All of us aren't highway daredevils. It's just sad that people can't respect riders let alone fallen ones during times like this.
