Oh I'm aware. One thing is for sure, it won't hold up on solracer's sketchy roads.

Y'all should try my idea of sketchy roads on for size! There's only one other guy in this thread that has an appropriate bike...

Now how could I tell the rest of the story if I was too far behind to witness it. All I saw was a vapor trail..

Yeah. That's what I would have to see in person.morganator racing somebody in something other than a straight line. Does not compute.. the next tall tale that somebody will come up with is that he did it on a racetrack. If it's not on video it didn't happen

He has a witness.

I saw the guy on the Harley catching us but initially thought it was a sport bike. Once he got close enough I realized the headlight was wrong. Next thing I knew he was passing us. Then I see Keith speed up and run with the guy. Then I see pavement, trees, pastures, and a few cows, but I saw no one in front of me.
The guy on the Harley had more gray hair than Keith and I combined. LOL

As strange as it seems i fealt i had to represent for the sportbike group...if provoked i do have the ability to run a little faster than i let on sometimes..it was too much fun watching the harley dude ride that way but eventually i had to prevail.

That's what I'm reading here...so, what happened to Sunday's ride being a 'relaxed' pace?

Foul!!!...we were riding at a cruising pace to start with and were passed in a straight section...once i chased him he wanted to show his skills which were quite impressive given the relic bike he was on...i had fun following him watching his bike shimmy and bounce around the curves...but i couldnt allow him the victory so i passed him and checked out...i waited for him at a stop sign and told him how good he rode and fist pumped him.

I let the group go ahead of me on one road...past experiences have shown that bad things happen when i do that...hence this thread being posted...

There is no organization when im not leading...it turns into a free for all which doesnt end well sometimes...

So I’m confused. Grandpa Harley rider was or wasn’t part of the initial ride?

So you are making a blanket rule that the entire biking community can’t pass the Morgster?

Lost I am.

I’ll just enjoy another Gin.
