Any Groups in Houston That Build Bikes

I've wanted a motorcycle all my life but never could afford it, Now at 50 years old I dove right in. I bought a 95 Vulcan and rebuilt it and love riding. I wanted to turn it into a chopper/bobber but it's in great shape so I want to build another bike to chop. I also have the 95 Evo I'm rebuilding and lack experience.

My problem is that I go into some of these shops and they look at me like I got a foot growing outta my forehead and generally grunt answers to questions unless it's a dollar amount. I'd like to find a group in Houston that builds there own bikes, somewhere I can get knowledge from and bounce ideas off of and hopefully ride with. Maybe some wrench parties.

My buddy Catfish, sounds like the man you are looking for. He owns Bring Money Custom Cycles in Deer Park. You can tell him Ioben (you-ben) referred you.

That's how I started. I couldn't afford a bike and picked up a cbr f2 that should have been scrapped. That f2 taught me tons as I was always fixing it! Got an f3 after that and just kept going. Too much fun to stop and I love saving bikes, riding them awhile, selling and getting another poc to fix. Turned into fixing friend's bikes and even some neighbors that caught me in the yard, asking me to help get their bikes rolling.
I always say it's thousand x better than watching tv. I'm off Fairbanks N hou, not sure what side of town you're on but happy to help.

Thank you so much!
I love working on bikes, it's just fun to me. I really like fixing up old bikes too.
You're not too far, I'm Grant and Spring Cypress.
I noticed you have a Grom clone, really been wanting one of those.
If you need any help just holla.
