Corvette vs box truck= Corvette loses.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A driver was injured after the Corvette he was driving rear-ended and became stuck under a box truck on the southbound 405 Freeway Monday.

The crash occured near Getty Center Drive in the Sepulveda Pass around 11:10 p.m. Responding fire crews raised the semi-truck and pried the conscious man out of his car, which was completely smashed. He was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It's unclear what caused the accident. The investigation is ongoing.

definitely a lucky dude, a slight shift in any of the variables that led up to the crash and he would've been decapitated
