MRH Total Control Intermediate Class

I took the intermediate class today at Gulf Greyhound Park. Man that was money well spent. Instructors Keith and Chris were awesome...thanks guys!

I took the intermediate class as well at this location earlier this year. Was very good class.

What kind of exercises did you do? What skills did you focus on that will translate to street riding the best? What kind of bikes were there? Any good takeaways you could share. I am considering taking an intermediate class as a skill refresher.

On-bike tests consisted of various low and mid-speed exercises. Lots of focus on vision and body position as well.

Bikes of all types.

I'm already using some of the techniques...and feel good about it.

The course is taken directly from the book "Total Control" by Lee Parks.
