i'm not sure i'd call it therapy, but i sure do feel better when i have time to ride, and a good bike to ride on.

If I was mad about something at work I usually forget about it by the time i'm home and just enjoying the ride!

Is riding therapy? Absolutely!! Plus, dirt riding (trails or track) is an incredible workout, double bonus

I'm 41, been riding for 15 years or so (not including riding my friends dirt bike when I was a kid). I still take the occasional ride around the block with my son to keep the juices flowing, but I have not commuted or really done any rides in about a year.

Eh maybe plan a hill country ride or two this winter. I love winter riding compared to summer riding because you can always put on ore stuff and can only take off so much before you get pulled over for lewd behavior.
