Wrecked new bike advice

So I stepped up and bought a 2018 Goldwing, put 540 miles on it the first day. Next day got up for work got 1/2 mile from the house and hit a deer. The bike is in a shop but not going well. Anybody have a good experience with a Honda service department in the Houston area? Need someone thatís not just a parts changer, this bike has a lot of new systems. From the front end to the ABS system. Iím ready to go get my bike back and take it somewhere else and advice would be appreciated. Ps I still have my sport bike because I still need that ride to.

Try motorcycles unlimited. Great people. Talk to Patrick. I think they deal with insurance claims too.

My bikes have only been serviced by Honda of Houston. I haven't had any complaints.
Good people there too. They know me when I walk in and remember what bikes I own. They just moved so I'm curious to see the new place.

I won't get into details in the open forum, but all I can tell you is that Stubbs will never see me again.
I never been to Cycle Shack and Honda of Houston I've only ordered parts from.
Patrick with Motorcycles Unlimited is a sponsor of the forum and helped lots here for many years.

I have been very happy with Honda of Houston. Never had a bad experience there.

I've also had limited work done at Motorcycles Unlimited. The work seemed fine but Patrick scares me - he can be a little cranky. LOL *said with love*

I have not been to Stubbs or Cycle Shack.

Sorry about your wreck. Glad you are okay. Hope you get it sorted out!

More worried about my bike than myself. I broke some ribs, rash, elbow had to be sewn up, broken toe, etc.... I’m picky about repairs and don’t trust anyone to work on my stuff. I haven’t found anyone calling around that seems detailed enough. May end up at Honda of Houston.

Give Shaun Martin a call at Honda of Houston if for nothing more, getting some free advice.

Stick with a dealer, it will go smoother.
