You don't need to know English, I took the exam last year. Memorise the answers to a couple of questions, read a short paragraph (no comprehension needed) and write "I drive a blue car." at the bottom of the test. The questions are read to you, you don't even have to be able to read them.

true.. a coworker has gotten into accidents twice in the last six months and always tell me his tales of close encounters with other drivers. he constantly complains about these “ignorant drivers” and after I rode with him a few times and I can definitely see why he has a string of bad luck. he always waits until the last minute and then slams on the brakes hard, cuts in close to people while passing, always cruises in people’s blind sport, speeding impatiently, constantly changing lanes for no reason, etc. etc.. while none of the accidents were “his” fault, his driving technique always puts him in bad situations..

Yes they get something. FSGI (failure to stop and give information). The LEGAL older man that hit one of my BMWs while INTOXICATED and then FLED the scene received that citation. He also had NO valid insurance and was driving a newer Tacoma.

It's not just illegals that do this and get away with it...

Wow... Didn't read the whole thread but I'm sure this can't be good for your credit clean up business. I know I was thinking about getting my credit worked on, until I read this. I'm of latin decent and have never understood why people associate illegal's with Mexico... Anyone that doesn't have citizenship in the U.S. (Asian,African,European, and South American, oh yea even Mexicans) are illegals.

Hope your wife is ok and your Lexus can be repaired.

Good Luck with catching the hit and run illegal mexican...
