I don't know about hero but he had some issues with the tax hike they were discussing...

Unfortunantly most people and the powers that be will see this as a sick man and a reason to constrain the public more instead of the weak starting to crack and the strong may not be far behind if stuff doesn't start changing...

There was one guy that was very lucky. He took a shot at him and missed. Then it looks like he let one off by accident and shot real close to his own foot.

State prison records show Duke was charged in October 1999 with aggravated stalking, shooting or throwing a missile into a building or vehicle and obstructing justice. He was convicted and sentenced in January 2000 to five years in prison but was released in January 2004.

so, throw a missile into a building and get 5 years... hmm...
