There is too much money involved to worry about the legality of it. Quit paying taxes and see what happens. There have been lots of people fighting and refusing to pay for a long time. It never works out legal or not.

I know what happens when a few people "fight" the IRS. The Federal Reserve is illegal too, but thats not going anywhere... Obama care, etc... Not necessarily the point of posting the video but I do realize it would take a monumental movement in this country to get something done....

Reputedly the former head of the IRS it's voluntary, but wouldn't explain how the they can do all the things they do to you for not paying.

They get you for lieing about your taxes. Not for refusal to pay

I didn't lie. They still require that I pay them more than what they already took out. I face fines and penalties if the money is not paid.

That video (and the people that make them) are misleading.

The law is the 16th amendment and Title 26 of the United States Code. The 16th amendment allowed Congress to levy an income tax and then Title 26 is the codified method by which Congress chooses to implement their 16th amendment power.

The people in these videos ignore the 16th amendment because they believe the 16th amendment was fraudulently ratified. Then they say "show me the law."

Every single case challenging it has lost. So go ahead and don't pay them. Good Luck with your new BF/celly.
