thats what im thinking, Im having them purge all there temp folders, and cookies, and restarting there browser/or switching them to firefox

It's not going to help. It's because MH has a new IP address. The new IP has not propagated throughout all the DNS servers yet.

I'm having the same problem. I'm with Comcast and their DNS servers still haven't updated.

Have them manually change their DNS server to 24.93.41.125 (old Roadrunner DNS server I was using) and they should be able to visit MH.

That's how I'm doing it.. otherwise I timeout on the old server. :(
