nsr50 needs an engine rebuild, but comes with the parts. dude only wants $800

Make em a low offer, most people will feel same like you. Worst case can drop in an xr100 engine

I did not do the mods but here are some pics of mine.

1/4 thick aluminum brackets with spacers over bolts tighten it all together.

Just the two pieces make the bracket up front and two pieces in the rear to hold the engine in the frame.

The rear also has an upper mount as well, best pic I can get is below, again spacer over bolt with some brackets,

Hope there's no hurt feelings, but I have already agreed to buy this bike from its owner. Met with him yesterday, and pick it up this weekend. Can't wait to start bringing her back to life!

dude no hurt feelings at all. i wish i could have had any sensible reason for me to buy this thing. lol
iv'e read some threads and stuff elsewhere about how these cannot be street legalized in the US, and had been making all kinds of pipe dreams and such about riding an nsr 150 to work lol
it would have been nuttier than the several times i rode my gf's razkull in. riding a tiny bike in traffic was a lot of fun, and i'd like to be able to do it again, but the time's not right for me.
