Leave 6/24 evening, Return 6/26 evening- destination?

I am interested in riding into the hill country or along the coast. I'd like to take off Friday night, 6/24 and return Sunday, 6/25. It would be cool to stay in cheap motels. Let me know what you thinkg.

it would have to be a ground level room so that we can take the bikes inside as well...
