Looking to purchase an R1...

I've been out of the bike game for awhile. I want to pick up a 2020 R1 and am wondering what I should be looking at for OTD price? There aren't many in Houston but have reached out to Mancuso SW and they should be getting back to me soon with a number. Checking in with the MH folks if they have some good insight.

BTW... feels good to be posting back on here. Thanks again Solracer for fixing my account issue.

Where's all the true OG's at?

Here in northern California they are averaging $16,700 before taxes and additional fees.

MSRP is $17,399, so I would be pretty questionable if they come back higher than $19,500

I saw a guy selling one on CycleTrader in Irvine, CA for $16.2k and seriously thought about it but have always purchased new and not sure if all the hassle is worth it. Man are you in Cali now you great weather, purty coast, scenic motherfawker? I remember another flip on here but don't think it's you. I forgot a lot of people on here lol

BTW... they came back at $19.8 and I said naw. They were like sorry... we can't do any better. Then today I received a call that they want to try and do better. I said 17-18 OTD and I'll stop by and pick it up. We'll see tho

I wouldn't buy it from Cali. The taxes and additional fees alone will kill your budget. Now 2nd hand... That's another story.

Doesn't apply to out of state buyers if you ship and take delivery outside of California border. Must be a legit, licensed shipper though.

The bike in Cali is used and was in black, the color I'm looking for. I did find a used blue one in Georgia for $15k with 800miles. Although not the color I'm looking for I did send a message to see if it was still for sale.

I was able to get the bike for 18K OTD. My negotiating skills suck but whatevs. I'm picking up my lil baby on Tuesday since Saturday was a washout! Woot! Now I just need to go buy all new gear. If anyone has a hookup at Cycle Gear let me know!
