2004 cbr 125 yes,125 carb issue

Im picked it up off FB market place.

Carb bogs bad at 6k rpm. The whole bike is stock.
"IF" I run and open carb it will rev up to red line.

I have cleaned the carb a couple of times and everyting is pretty clean in there. I have cleaned many many sv hyo ninja carbs in the last few years

Other notes about the carb... the choke piston was stuck in place and broke trying to get it out.(have one on order).
If this isnt the fix im at a loss.
Main jet is stock... im going take off the muffler and see if some dirt dobbers may have made a nest in there and possible blocking flow. Bike sat in a shed for over a year

Huh? Do you mean disconnected from the airbox?
If yes check the air filter for mud dobbers.
