2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT
Located near Sealy, TX
Bike was purchased for my wife in 2017 so she could learn how to ride. She decided two wheels were not for her in very short order. I very occasionally rode the bike until COVID happened at which time it was parked. I would be surprised if we even put 500 miles on the bike. I decided it was time for the bike to have a better purpose than sitting around my shop as it is really surplus to the other bikes I have. (But really, I want the money to go toward an adventure bike).
The bike is fairly clean although the chrome shows spotting from the previous owner using it as a daily driver. There is also a blemish/crack on the license plate lamp cover and rear fender base that can be seen in the rear picture. It is a really good runner with excellent manners.
Recent maintenance (Dec /Jan) includes fresh battery, synthetic oil/filter, spark plugs, flushed brake fluid, and new tires/tubes/rim strips. I also replaced brake pads and wheel bearings/seals when the tires were off. I also had to replace all 4 turn signals cause the Kawasaki plastic had deteriorated. Basically, put the bike in the condition I would expect one to be in if I was purchasing.
I work/commute long hours and this time of year am rarely home during daylight hours. Send me PM and I will get back to you. It will be difficult for me to show the bike other than a weekend.
Offers - interested in higher-end 2011 or other interesting guns, hay equipment (hydraulic rake, 9ft disk mower), proper stick-burning offset smoker, etc
