Parts bike.
I would'nt trust that dent right there on the seam of the upper frame spar.
Especially on a zuk.

Yeah if that is a dent on the left upper frame spar, right where the weld is, I would vote junk.
Suzuki's are bad about cracking frames in the steering head area.

The only question is; How much $? That would make a difference.

Frame dented? parts bike

Frame straight? Track bike. You could probably turn up song hong-kong fairings to make this a street bike again, but it'd cost you.

The bike had some obvious damage, and some not so obvious.

Obvious:
- R subframe cracked
- L & R rearsets bent / damaged
- complete tailbox (including blinkers) heavily damaged
- gas tank and cover badly damaged
- complete cowl / headlight assy / IC / wiring harness gone
- L clip on broken
- R & L main fairings damaged

Not so obvious:
- aluminum frame that attaches to subframe broken in several spots
- stator cover had 1/4" x 1.25" hole plus large crack down low
- R clip on slightly damaged
- wiring to ignition lock partially severed
- steering dampner robbed from bike
- exhaust robbed from bike
- passenger seat missing
- RA tubes damaged

It would be a handful to repair??? MH and Ebay are your friends?

Prolly Junk, but depends on the price if it'd be a jewel. GL on whatever you decide.

Depends on cost, parts should be easy enough to find for that year.

I am missing a bunch of the same stuff from a pretty bad rag doll and have had a hard time finding some items at a reasonable cost(98 parts are getting harder to find :mad

I would say with e-bay/clist and Sam's/Union etc you should be able to get it going right for 1k if you try to hunt down good deals.

You are right, it is a Suzuki! This just means there are plenty out there that allow finding parts to be easier.
