HELP NEEDED: Front and Rear Suspension overhaul

i need help on a track bike 2007 R6 i bought 3 years ago that i have only ridden it twice. i have been off riding motorcycles for about 2.5 years and i am trying to get back into it. i am trying to overhaul my front and rear suspension on my track bike. can you guys name some mechanic shops that does a complete front and rear ohlin overhaul? i think P1 Racing did this bike's suspension but i called today and they are not answering their phone lines. i'm trying to scope out how much it would cost for the work to be done. can i overhaul ohlins suspensions myself, is it easy, are there good videos or forums on "how to" about them? or is it just too complex and it would be easier to have a certified shop do the job. i also have a scotts steering damper. how would i overhaul that? can i change the fluids my self? thanks, all inputs are appreciated.

Yeah, P1 is up in Cresson this weekend with CMRA. There's typically specialized tools that can make it difficult to do yourself.
