Using Data to Make Performance Improvements

As we start doing trackdays, improvement is measured by how much better riding feels when you do the right things. The goal being to get comfortable and avoid survival reaction that get us in trouble.

Then we start measuring lap times, targeting riding behaviors and techniques to get better times.

Now, let’s take a look at data and finding concrete improvements corner by corner, straight away by straight away. These are all the things humans are very bad at perceiving.

This week we’ll take a looks at tools that can help get at the facts of what you’re doing out there. This will help target what you can specifically work on the next time at the track.

I messed up the audio settings so the video starts where we started to get audio. Anyway, there is over an hour of great content on how to use data to improve our riding.
