nice, i think more young americans also canadians and mexicans should enter motorcycle racing. that way we as north americans could have a shot at beating the europeans and being a motogp champion again. its about fostering a sportbike racing culture and it starts at a young age. for me i am in my 30s now and i do not a shot at being competitive in any type of motorcycle race let alone make a living out of it.

What an awesome video! Seeing these kids in the sport, brings joy to me! I love seeing girls participate in the sport and hope to see more diversity in the near future. I'm so excited for ALL of them

There are a good number of girls riding here locally in TMGP. They are as quick if not quicker to point no body pays it any attention, other than another rider you want to pass, if you can that is. The numbers are less in the old fart and adult categories, but girls are well represented with the kids.
But to the general point yeah, it’s very cool to be riding together with these kids and see them progress and how quick they get. One even moved off, family and all, to Europe this summer to race over in Spain. Lots to look fwd to with roadracing talent from America making its way through at the moment. |

I believe we've been brainwashed into thinking you have to be young to achieve greatness. Look at AMA records and you'll quickly see names of racers who are still competitive today, that were competitive in the hay days. You're only as old as you act. Be active, eat well, find happiness, and everything will fall into place. Surround yourself with positive people and that alone, makes a HUGE difference in quality of life ![]() |
