Now that everything isn't frozen

I was not able to put my bike on a tender the past week or so and during the freeze in Houston. Bike is stored in a garage, but I am cautious to turn it on right away. I tried googling what to do/look out for, but all I can seem to find is how to winterize my bike. Should I be concerned, do I need to do something before I start it up, or am I just overly paranoid and should just turn the bike on?

ps I tried looking through the forum if anyone else had a similar question, but I am horrible at using the forum search function.

I don't see the problem. You should be able to crank it right up as long as it was running before the freeze. If the battery is dead, charge it and go.

You could've cranked it under extreme cold if you wanted to... Just treat it like normal and refrain from rev bombing it before it has reached normal operating temperatures

Depends. Was the bike in gear during the cold? If so, which gear? Knowing both of these are critical bits of info to know what to do next.
