New plans for old Spaghetti Warehouse make it 'floodable'

The old Spaghetti Warehouse in downtown Houston was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey's flooding. The new owners want to renovate with future flooding in mind. New plans obtained by KHOU show how gutting the interior of the building may help.
