Million muslims vs 2 million bikers

OK, it's doubtful as to whether those numbers are accurate HOWEVER, the "2 Million Bikers" are heading for Washington DC right now, even though their permit was denied for 9/11. It should be pretty interesting when they reach DC at the same time as the Million Muslim March. As torn up as our country is right now, it's uplifting to see that there are still patriots willing to fight and ride to prevent further degradation.

I wasnt familiar with this event untill ur post. Had to go do a quick research to Get in the Know.
Im proud of these bikers n what they stand for.

"Just riding on a public street doesn’t take any special permission after all, even if you have a million people doing it. They just sought the permit to make life easier on the city’s residents and businesses. So the ride will go on. It’s just going to take a little longer.“We find this regretful for the residents and businesses of that great city, and humbly offer our apologies,” organizers wrote*on Facebook* Saturday. “What could have been a one or two hour ride through will now likely be an all-day event. We will be obeying all laws. We will be stopping at all stoplights, stop signs, and yielding to all pedestrians.”

"They are keeping the route secret until the ride 9/11"

The million muslims march is one where 'hopefully' million muslims will march on washington dc to 'demand' their rights. According to their spokespeople, they will demand that their muslim beliefs be protected under the various ammendments.

On the other side, many say that their rights are already protected since our laws already specify that everyone has right to express their views and practice whatever religion they want.

The 2 million biker ride is organized to show the muslim marchers that what they are doing, especially on an anniversary of the worst terrorist act on US soil (and executed by muslim extremists), is of a very bad timing, and that even thought they are muslim, they are not special or better than any other groups.

if the law was actually applied equally there would not be million muslim marches or any need for them. But we all know the government is perfect and would never discriminate or oppress brown people anywhere in the world.

Not too sure about that. The mosque in Alvin went nuts when the guy that owns the land next door starting holding pig races on his property.
