Lowering a K1200S
So as many of you know I'm pretty dang short... 5'-5"
I just purchased a "new to me" BMW K1200S and the last owner is a whole foot taller than me. I've owned many bikes before and have always used the dog bone links to lower them. This time I'm thinking about using a tie rod style lowering link, but I have a few concerns though with how many moving parts are involved here. Has anyone used Soupy's Performance lowering links? If so, what are your experiences with it? I have not seen any detailed reviews on these yet.
Additionally, has anyone owned a K1200S and lowered the front duolever suspension? If so, I need the deets
This is a picture of the lowering link I'm thinking about purchasing:

Can't help with suspension. I have a K1300S and have seen BMW lowered seats for sale on ebay. I *think* the K1300S and K1200S seat interchange. Not sure if that will help.
If the K1200 is like my 1300 - it is a great bike. This is coming from a cruiser guy.
