Merry Christmas to all from RideSmart - Merry Christmas 2008 contest!

Hello to all of you.
We at RideSmart would like to thank you all for your support and loyalty during the past 2008 season. We are looking forward to the next season even more, hoping our 2009 schedule will be to your liking. We do have it finalized, and in the next few days will be releasing it for you.

For this Christmas season, we thought we would do something for you guys, and so we have put together a quick little contest.
All are eligible. All you have to do is put your name down in the thread and pm me with your answers.
The contest will run from now until December 26. We will post the winner results some time very soon after that (this will depend on how busy I will be with family functions though - hope you understand).

So here are the questions (there are only 3):

1. List the top 10 racers that competed in the 2008 MogoGP season in 2008. List them in the top to bottom order (top racer first).

2. List the top 10 racers from the WSBK circuit for the 2008 season, in the top to bottom order (top racer first).

3. What spot will Ben Spies claim after the 2009 WSBK season finishes (can't wait already)!

I guess it will be good to tell you what you stand to win.
All entries will be collected. 3 names will be drawn. Each will win the following:

1. 50% off any track day in the 2009 season.
2. 50% off any track day in the 2009 season.
3. 50% off any track day in the 2009 season.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas, a very spiked egg nog, lots of presents under the tree and someone special to keep you warm/company (choose at least one) during these cold days.

See you all next season.

Now, I am sure you are waiting to see who won. Here are the winners, not in any particular order:

lol...will keep that in mind for the future. I thought this was a dead give away. Motogp.com has the results, and so does the wsbk. The third question is an ambiguous one. I didnt think this would be a problem for any.

Lol again.

2009 is going to be another great year for the Ride Smart Riders. All of us at Ride Smart Motorcycle School would like to invite each of you to join us this year at one of our events.

Remember, whatever your current experience level is - Ride Smart has a class for you.

Our Level 1 Class - is for the "First Timer" to the track. In the classroom - you will learn about our six-step Line Building Technique. Guy Jones will be presenting the classroom material. On the track, your instructor will be working with you one on one throughout the day. The course material is presented on power point and each student will receive a handout for the day's curriculum. The cost ranges between $100 and $150 per day depending on the track.

Our Level 2 Class - is for the intermediate rider and will cover the basic riding techniques and skills such as: braking, getting your knee down, counter steering, body position, look-point eye technique, etc. In the classroom, Dirk Anderson will be presenting the classroom material. On the track, your own personal instructor will work with you one on one throughout the day. The course material is presented in power point and each student will receive a handout for the day's curriculum. Bike Cam instructors will be recording bike-cam footage - which will be reviewed in class. The cost ranges between $100 and $150 per day depending on the track.

Our Level 3 Class - is the Ty Howard Racing School and is designed for the experienced rider/racer who wants to take their riding skills and comprehension to a whole new level. Ty currently holds the lap records at MotorSport Ranch, Hallett, and MSR Houston. Ty records Bike Cam and Corner Cam footage of each student to help them see exactly what their riding looks like and then critiques each rider so they can best improve their riding skills. Ty’s class is an additional $50.

Level 4 Open Track Day - is an open track day for licensed racers and very experienced street riders. The cost ranges between $100 and $150 per day depending on the track.
