need advice on tollroad

Back in the day i ran the tollroad 39 times. The balance now is $1308. Was 1600 but I paid 300 on it. Does anyone know a way to get most of the fees dropped. I would have gladely paid what was actually owed or even 200 bucks but not 1300.

They won't work with you. You ran the tolls.

What they will do is issue a warrant for your arrest if you don't pay them, though.

Since you've already paid $300 of it that tells them you recognize the debt you owe them, so good luck fighting it, too.

certainly someone will forward this to hctra, where an investigator will be able to connect the dots and have additinal info on your admittance to guilt/breaking da law.

claim diplomatic immunity and hope danny glover doesn't revoke it.

I would set a payment plan up with them if possible. You already accepted the charges when you were paying on them before. Pay them for sure.... Or they will continue with late fees

"Toll" road...? Paying them from the get go wasn't an option? They didn't force you to run them or even be on them. It's like eating a restaurant and bailing. Pay it off and get an ez tag.

ride my neighbors harley cuz he doesnt ride it

i let my bro in law borrow my van for his work. he ran 2500 (fines added on plus late fees on the fines he ran) bucks worth of tickets i wasnt going to pay. i couldnt get the money out of him and they took me to court quick within 6 months of the last one he ran. with my case there wasnt any payments because of the amount He owed but since you paid 300 try and make payments. if they tried to take you to court while you were away in another state they may not work with you anymore but you wont know til you call them.

Nothing to worry about. I came here in 06 did know about the toll either ran it for 2 months straight working 7 12's 2 yrs later the account was crazy. I went to the eazy tag store and bought a tag. They said the car had outdue balances. Told them i just got the car and they su tractect from there so i only paid around 300

if you paid it when they sent you the bill you would not be in this position today, after all any uncollected debts accrues interest! running it once or twice is more understandable than 39 times, i seriously dont think there is any way other than to man up and pay the bills and hopefully learn from your mistakes.
