Bike is owned by me, has a clean title with low mileage, and runs great. I think the price is fair for what it is.

Bike has fresh engine oil and filter (Valvoline Motorcycle 10W-40 and K&N Performance filter), you can verify the state of the engine oil in person by the small looking glass near the rear brake pedal.
Aside from some light cosmetic damage (You can kind of see on pictures, but as I said, it's light) the only other detail is that it will need new brake fluid soon. The bike itself still brakes/stops fine though. It did after all, pass a recent ridden safety inspection (proof is in the back picture showing the sticker on plate and I will also bring the recent actual vehicle safety inspection documentation), so no worries there. Just letting you know about that right now.
YMMW on the tires. They aren't new, but they still have good grip and thread.

I inspect the cash you brought to buy bike with and you let me hold on to it while you test ride.
Showing me an M endorsement on your license will help me feel better about it, but I will still need to hold on to the cash of course.
Nothing personal, but you don't want to get scammed and neither do I. Also, if you drop it, you buy it of course.
Otherwise, you can verify bike is good to go by me riding it around and you inspecting it.
If you buy, then aside from handing over bike with keys to it along with the relevant title, I will also provide and sign a Form 130-U (Application for Texas Title and/or Registration), along with a completed Bill of Sale. I would be willing to come with, to the county tax office if you have some issues with needing additional signatures or such after the fact.
