This is not a stolen bike. This bike was made and bought by a riding school - Freddie Spencer. It was never titled as it was never to be intended for the street.

If the MSO is available, that is just as good as the title. The MSO used to get a title.

Yes, MSO is available to the buyer but please be aware, there's no wiring harness to the headlight and blinkers. You'll notice in one of the photos, there is no control switch for horn, blinkers, or headlights.

You would avoid a lot of trouble if you just kept this for the track.

Understood, and makes perfect sense.

I was just offering the information on the MSO as there have been instances where bikes have been seized when people have been unable to prove ownership for a track bike. Just thought it might help with the sale if someone did not know what an MSO was, even for a track bike.

Looks like an excellent bike for a new track day rider. Good luck with the sale.
