camera mounting on helmet

I am about to set up an action cam on my helmet, and it appears that top, side and chin mount are the main choices.

I am hesitant on the chin and top mounts due to interrupting air flow over the vents. I sweat my off once it gets over 65 or so degrees. I am really hesitant to do ANYTHING that changes the flow in and out of my helmet.

I am using a Bell Star helmet and looking for any experience with mounting anywhere on this helmet....or side mounting on any helmet...

I use the Sena 10c side mount and it seems fine. Don't notice any significant wind noise but I guess that also depends on your helmet too. Many people are doing the chin mount.

I have a Bell Star Carbon Union Helmet. I still use a chin mount to this day. I dont like the front vents open because them seem to allow dust to get inside my lid and circulate around inside.

Sorry for posting an old link. But it has good info and its easier to post on my phone
