Crf 450 FI idle issue

I have a 2013 Crf450 that has about 16 hours on it. I have had the bike a few months now with no issues. All stock motor wise besides the ecu was sent off by previous owner to get flashed. From what I read the stock ecu on these bikes need it. But it randomly started dieing when ideling after the bike is warm. Starts 3rd kick cold and 1st or 2nd when warm. When warm it will idle for 20 seconds or so and then dies. I turned the idle up and still seems to do it. Any ideas? This is my first FI dirtbike.

It could be a lot of things. Try looking into all electrical connections, contact cleaner and dielectric grease, check the gas cap vent, clean injector.
