Clear lake gym

Anyone know of a small, hole-in-the-wall gym in the Clear Lake area? Van's in Baytown was amazing, and so is the one I go to here in Orange. Both are owned by former power lifter and bodybuilder respectively.

I refuse to workout at places like 24 hour fitness, balleys (sp?), etc.

Thanks

I know the Stone's out there in Friendswood closed way back, but they had a "larger" location off Falcon Pass.
