dispute credit marking

i checked my credit report the other day, first time in a few months and saw that awhile back my secured credit card (to build credit) had a late payment marking on one of the three bureaus but the other two were green? i was never late on a payment and how does that even happen? but anyway the company is closed down now so can i still dispute that and get it taken off? would it be easier or harder to do. its been about 2yrs now since ive had the card.

Went through this a little while back while trying to clean mine up some . Don't think it matters if they are open. If they don't respond in a set time it gets taken off to my understanding.
