Houston has one of the best medical communities in the world. Your ailment is probably the medical equivalent of a vacuum leak and you are going to the local walmart to find out why your check engine light is on.
good advice, and you had me LOLing

Every since you made this thread my back is getting worse. LOL. I am giving up on back squats. Tweaked my back doing them a couple months ago and my back felt fine for the last couple weeks. Did light sets at probably 50% effort just to see how they felt last week and my back is getting worse ever since. Even had a trainer watch me to make sure my form was perfect. Form felt fine but I figured maybe I was doing it wrong kind of like how you think you are a good dancer until you see a video of yourself dancing. Supposed to go dirt riding for 3 days next week. Going to need lots of naproxen and tequila to get through that .

I signed up for a gym in conroe yesterday. I'll be going to it tomorrow, to check it out, and work out a little... i'm gonna try and ease into it. I have a dang ASP baton class Thursday, and OC class Friday, so i'm not tryna be all sore for that , lol. I'm going to my chiro Dr today to review the results of my MRI. My back pain has gone down a lot from last Monday. Now I need to work on preventative maintenance and strengthening it up. I went for a ride on Saturday, and my back wasn't screaming at me, so i'm happy about that.
