But if he did either of them, he'd still have to pay court cost (anywhere from $50-150)... I say get it dismissed by hiring a lawyer.

Def driving is a . Gotta take mine for a ticket before April 7th. Anyone got any good places to go? The easier and quicker the better.

I don't think it will, since it was in the past. You might have an option to take it again though.

Most jurisdictions require 1 year pass between the last time you took it.

You can park at his house and walk to court on Lubbock (3 blocks walk) too so you save parking $$$.

Got me out of 5 violations in one day once.

Has been good to me for 8+ years.

Usually $75-$125 depending of # offense but I haven't needed him for almost a year now.

Very good traffic lawyer especially if you send him the ticket right after you get it.

do yourself a favor and save Defensive Driving for an out of town offence.

I've never had to take one, but my friend took this one... after your finished, it'll have you print some stuff up and you mail it in. Still a lot easier then wasting your time some where else... and you get to jam to music, surf the net, eat food, drink beer, have intercourse, and take the on line course, without leaving your house.

Btw, "urbanXJ"... I think he already went to court and told the judge he's going to take a defensive driving course.
