BBR front fork and rear shock springs help for TTR125
So I already installed my BBR frame cradle I got of Ebay and I got some BBR front fork springs and rear shock springs in today...
Ive done a rear shock before on my SV with help so no problem there... Never done the front forks before...any body have any advice or experience to give before I rip this bad boy apart?? ![]() |

Drain the oil out of the bottom, lay the fork out on a towel and as you pull it apart lay out everything as it comes out.
My only experience w internals is watching a friend doing it on a bike and then not being able to put it back together. I finally figured it out but took some searching online because he didn't have a manual(ended up looking up an EPC for parts to figure it out.) If someone is willing to help, experience goes a long ways. Even when it comes to filling requirements w new coils. Just a thought. |

Shes a little muddy still from yesterday
![]() I got some new brakes on the way too...might need a new front disc cuz i think its warped...need to change the fluid too but there is a stripped screw on the master cylinder ![]() rear drum brakes are kinda funky too..i changed the rear tube and when I put it back together the rear brake sticks...just need some adjustments i guess |

any body know what fork oil weight I should put in the front forks when I rebuild them...I just ordered all the seals...

Find out what the stock oil weight was, then go heavier if you want it to be stiffer, or lighter if you want lighter
