Hey do you know a guy by the name of PJ Chavonics. I think thats how you spell his last name? He is a power lifter, won major competitions here, and then won some gold medals in Japan. Don't know how big his name is here is why i'm curious. He is a year older than me (28). I used to watch him bend the bars on squats at school. Its amazing watching people lift that much weight.

To be honest, I wanted minimum down time so I think I only took two of the pain killers that I was given and dealt with the rest of the pain without the meds. It can be done, but it's not all that much fun.
