my bobber
ive owned 9 bikes now and this by far is my favorite. got stuff being built for it as we speak. will make changes to it in next few months. just enjoying it right now.

Looks good! I am not a big fan of the bobbers, but this one looks pretty cool. What side of town are you from? You should drop by the SE Thursday meet, so I'm not the only one on a cruiser!

thanks. im in downtown. where is the meet at? i havnt been to a meet for over 10 years. hahaha. i know on wed. nights i see bikes meeting at starbucks on westheimer.

Your forwards look similar to mine but yours look like they fold up. I wish mine did. Any idea where yours came from?

i havnt rode it that far yet. but ive had other bobbers and i can keep riding for a good while. my sport bikes were alot more uncomfortable then my bobbers.

I can only ride for about 45min. to an hour before I have to take a break. My stingray covered seat is the culprit for the tailbone beating I'm going to upgrade my seat for another custom job this winter... looking at kangaroo & sheep skin, along with gel cushion. Should be pretty badass and comfortable!

How does those springs on your seat hold up? Do they ever bottom out?

it has a hard tail strut. it doesnt ride bad at all. you let a lil more pressure out the rear tire and the seat springs take most the beating. well and some of your back too haha. but they dont bottom out and its not a big deal. talked with adrian today over at hrb. once i get some of my other stuff done im going to get another seat made and hand tooled. so the ride definately will not be as good. there will be alot less padding. but bobbers arent really made for long trips. more of bar hopper.
