Went back to the VROD!

2008 HD Softail Rocker is gone! I trade it for a 2007 Screamin' Eagle VROD (VRSCX)

Got it from J.R Garza with only 4400 miles, needs a lot of elbow grease to remove the oxidation in the aluminum parts. I like the Softail Rocker but it was around 25,000 miles and not enough punch. Changing the oil was a pain on the Rocker.

So far I have changed the map on the Power Commander (PC-IIIUSB), went "topless", replace the mirrors, installed white LED's in the engine bay and replace the orange lens of the marker lights for clear smoke lens with orange bulbs.

I don't see anything, but that doesn't mean my filter at work isn't blocking them...

Upon quoting your first post I see the link pointing back to an album at 1130cc forum, I'm guessing you have to be logged in to that forum for the pictures to be visible.

Honestly not a huge fan of the vrods but I gotta say if I were to get one, that's the paint scheme and style I'd want. (I've ridden them before and think they're a LOT of fun. Just not my style. I'd prob kill myself on one.)

That is a really sharp looking bike.

I liked my Night Rod when I had mine but if I had to choose anothe, it would definitely be your Screamin Eagle version. I just wish they had standard and forward pegs on all of em.

Those are really fun city bikes and always get comments everywhere they go.

How much more power are you getting out of the power commander?

No idea, need to take it to the Dyno. Stock is supposed to be 123HP. It came with SE Performance Air Cleaner, The Reinhart exhaust and the PC-III USB, So far I have only remove the top cover of the airbox and change the FI map. (being experimenting with several maps).
