Video: JD Beach - 2015 MotoAmerica Supersport Champion

If you take a look at how the points have shaken out in previous 600cc supersport seasons, you would expect the 2015 MotoAmerica Supersport Championship to come down to the wire. Championships in the middleweight class have almost always been characterized by close race finishes and down-to-the-wire championship races that were just as tight. But then JD Beach made a turning point in his career. And then a break for it.

With two races to go in the season, Beach has already scored eight victories (including a six race win streak) and secured the MotoAmerica Supersport title. Not even two DNFs could upset his lead. Impressive, right? Right.

But perhaps even more impressive is that, with a lot of riders a string of success like this can make them lose touch with reality and forget where they have come from. Not with JD.

The Washington native hasnít done any of that. In fact, he may be more humble and hardworking than he has ever been. In the video above, JD Beach talks about his 2015 season, the sacrifices he and is family have made, the crew that helped get him where he is today, and the hard work it takes to turn a dream into a reality.

Be sure to click play on the video above to hear JDís words for yourself.
