I see what you’re saying. If I had info I didn’t want on public record I wouldn’t have included it.

I do not know the legal system, very little. But I do know lawyers are expensive and for the amount they want it’s way cheaper to not have a lawyer and lose the case than to have one and win.

Plaintiff filed for summary judgement, I had to mail them another affidavit and file it with the district clerk. Still waiting to hear from plaintiffs attorney.
