lol nope that wouldn't be good. I think i would be lucky if she did legs once a week right now.

She does legs (and ) twice/week. I don't know her entire routine, but on the day she works w. her coach they do a 1 hour and she wobbles out of the gym on shaky legs. When she's in the last 1-2 months before a show, he also has her do 30' on the stairmaster with 30# in a backpack.

On her solo leg days, she spends 1.5-2 hours to get through it all.
