2021 Z650 setup question.

Good afternoon everyone,

So I just pulled the trigger and picked up a 2021 Z650. Bone stock till parts come in.
Ended up getting a Two Brother Racing SR1 full exhaust for it.
I ended up sending them an email requesting information on the matter, but they said I wouldn’t really need any I mentioned below, unless I feel the bike lacking or missing power.

So my main question would be Mail in ecu reflash, Power commander (shows only Leo/stock tunes available for it) or to find a local stop for them to tune it properly?

It would be beneficial for you to establish a relationship with a local shop. I always feel better knowing the people at face-value, then typing a memo to some stranger (or bot).

Btw, welcome to MH! Are you new to riding and are you planning on joining any track days?

Thanks. Been around here and there the past few years, but haven’t really posted or talked. Been on a few group rides on my older bike.

That’s the plan down the road. Don’t live too far from the track.

For track performance I suggest P1, which they are also an MH sponsor

I don't have any recommendations on shops for your street bikes though. I do all of my routine maintenance/repairs. Maybe someone can recommend one in your area.

If you decide you'd like to go track riding sometime, let me know!

I agree... and you may need to flash the ECU to get the most of it
